Covid-19 Disclaimer

All providers are fully vaccinated and accepting new and existing patients.

We are following the guidelines from the Oregon Health Authority and the CDC. 

Masking is optional at The Mend but if you’d prefer for your provider to wear a mask during your appointments please send us an email or text and we are happy to do so.

There is a hepa air purifier in each room. 

We will be sanitizing surfaces between patients. 

If you have any of the following please do not come in: 

• Covid symptoms such as cough, fever, shortness of breath. 

• Contact with anyone who has tested positive for covid in the last 14 days.  

• Fever in the last 5 days.
